Adding short videos along with screenshots in Atarim would make feedback clearer and more detailed, helping everyone understand issues better. Sometimes id like to be able to highlight things with my mouse that cant be done with a screenshot. There is another collab tool that has this feature. Developers, designers, and clients can see exactly what's happening in real-time, making fixes faster and collaboration smoother.

There are a number of Atarim dashboard panels and sections we don't use, for example those related to time tracking and forms. It would be great to be able to hide these for all members of our team from the settings, so as to de-clutter the dashboard and reduce confusion for new team members (and maybe even improve speed). We do this for our Wordpress clients, why not Atarim as well? :)

It's annoying for clients uploading lots of images with the Atarim Wordpress tool to have to share a text comment before they can upload the image. Can this restriction be lifted? We reach a stage in our projects where clients need to share images to replace placeholder images and Atarim currently requires anyone who wishes to upload an image to first leave a comment, wait for it to be saved, and then they can add the image and wait again for it to be saved... Normal client behaviour is they attempt to just add the image on its own and then they get an error message. After they do this a few times they just email us the images because they are fed up.

In many areas of the dashboard, there's a need to refresh or click around to view the latest changes to a project, task, comment, or time entry. EVERYthing should work in realtime.

Add the ability to use @user to notify users of new comments and tasks, adding them to the users' notifications list.

As an agency that has client tasks that need to be performed every month, we need the ability to make the tasks recurring. We need the ability for new tasks to automatically appear on a set date. This could be every week or on a particular day of every month. The recurring tasks could be a continuation of the previously closed task (keeping all its comments, time, and history), or a new version of the task. We need a way to manage these recurring tasks. Whether it's in its own recurring tasks section or by editing the original task. It could have a start date and a due date.

It would be great to have a little warning icon of some sort (maybe ✋ or 👁️) before sending a comment so we are aware the client is going to be notified. Even after mapping every scenario out (regular tasks, internal tasks, inbox messages, assigned inbox messages) I still have trouble understanding when a client will receive a notification when I leave a message on a project or email inside of Atarim. More than once I've left a comment I didn't expect the client to see only for them to email me about it later! Other times I left a comment expecting the client to see it and they never received it.

This will allow a cleaner experience month to month so we can see what tasks remain easier. Great for clients on monthly maintenance plans. I have clients that we use this tool to manage monthly edits. Several clients have 100's of tasks and even thought they were completed a year ago we still see these green dots all over the pages. I have to manually go in and delete all these completed tasks just to clean up the space.

In addition to the Project Stages feature, it would be great to add a deadline to each task.

We have builds set to where clients do not need to log in and can still use Atarim (guest level). We use coming soon page for anyone that does not have secret link to be redirected to at all times. With how Atarim currently works, the interface still populates on this coming soon page, and because it is set to guests can use it, we get unwanted tasks, etc. intertwined with actual client communication. We have attempted script managers to remove Atarim from the particular page but it does not work. (i.e. still functions like normal or everything from the JavaScript and images populates at full width of website. Essentially looks like CSS styling did not load.) Having the ability to set a maintenance/coming soon page within Atarim to not have the interface load on it would fix this from occurring. We <3 Atarim!

Add the ability to add Emojis as reactions to a comment.

Currently, seeing active jobs can be difficult inside the boards overview, with many completed jobs stacked above active jobs. A simple switch to hide completed jobs would clean the overview.
