Add the ability to use @user to notify users of new comments and tasks, adding them to the users' notifications list.

Push tasks, comments and time entries to Plutio Pull tasks, comments and time entries from Plutio Sync comments between Atarim and Plutio (Similiar to the Trello, Clickup, Jira, TeamWork, Basecamp... integrations)

The ability to add a due date to tasks.

This will allow a cleaner experience month to month so we can see what tasks remain easier. Great for clients on monthly maintenance plans. I have clients that we use this tool to manage monthly edits. Several clients have 100's of tasks and even thought they were completed a year ago we still see these green dots all over the pages. I have to manually go in and delete all these completed tasks just to clean up the space.

Sync file uploads from Atarim projects into cloud storage services. When clients/stakeholders upload files the files should be added to a designated folder that is set in the project settings of each project, OR in a global folder that is set in the Global Settings.

We have builds set to where clients do not need to log in and can still use Atarim (guest level). We use coming soon page for anyone that does not have secret link to be redirected to at all times. With how Atarim currently works, the interface still populates on this coming soon page, and because it is set to guests can use it, we get unwanted tasks, etc. intertwined with actual client communication. We have attempted script managers to remove Atarim from the particular page but it does not work. (i.e. still functions like normal or everything from the JavaScript and images populates at full width of website. Essentially looks like CSS styling did not load.) Having the ability to set a maintenance/coming soon page within Atarim to not have the interface load on it would fix this from occurring. We

Add the ability to add Emojis as reactions to a comment.

Currently, this involves heading to the view for an individual task which means it cannot be done in one go for 10-20 tasks at a time (i.e. in bulk). Sidenote: it would also be great to be able to see at a glance in the board/kanban view which tasks are "internal" and which aren't.

It's be great if any tasks or comments made for the collaborator (clients) to be completed get an automatic email reminder they have an open task that hasn't been completed after a few days...a 2nd one if the 1st reminder isn't completed and a third reminder. This would be mainly for requesting content from the client when in the website building process. Thanks!

I think it would be great to integrate Atarim with The Hub like you did with MainWP, but with one big difference: the Hub has its own built-in client billing solution. So, it will be great time-saver option to create and send invoices according to the real time spent on Atarim Tasks with a couple of clicks. Or to track real task time spent according to client's support plan. Think about it!

My workflow is Kanban board by project on one monitor and make edits on second monitor. It would be very helpful if I could group the tasks by page to save me keep switching pages for editing.

It would be great to add additional columns to the project status board. Examples: Estimate, Next Sprint, Questions, Meeting Notes

There is currently no way to 'bulk' assign emails in Atarim's mail inbox to a site. You have to assign them one by one (using the 'tech info' option) and the process is very slow when you have more than a few to assign. Can the option to assign multiple emails in one go please be added? Thank you

Avada is an amazing editor, and would love to use it hand in hand with atarim

Centralise comments from Figma projects with 2-way sync. If possible, enhance the Figma collaboration tools significantly with: Statuses and Priority Internal Tasks (visible only to the core team and not to clients/stakeholders) Allow clients/stakeholders to use their Atarim logins to collaborate on Figma items Add Project Stages and deadlines to Figma Auto screenshot and Screenshot annotation within Figma comments.
